MINDFULNESS & MEDITATION IN THE WORKPLACE

Meditation is a way to train the mind. Science tells us that at least 50% of the time our minds are wandering – and even more so when we are under stress. Meditation brings us back to the present moment, and gives us the tools we need to be less stressed and more focused, calm and kinder to ourselves and others.

Meditation in the workplace can help improve productivity, boost mental-wellbeing, and reduce stress. The practice of meditation leads to improved mental performance in leadership and decision making; it improves focus and clarity resulting in more attention to detail, better communication with peers, and the ability to better regulate emotions and anxiety.

Meditation is most effective when practiced consistently. We bring guided meditation sessions to the workplace in 30-, 45- and 60-minute formats. These sessions can be arranged in person, online or a combination of both. We believe that matching the meditation approach to the type of work being done is important to achieve the greatest success. We can custom design specific meditation themes and programming tailored to meet the needs of your teams and workplace.

A typical Mindfulness in the Workplace guided meditation session includes:

  • Intro to mindfulness and how it relates to the theme of the session

  • A guided meditation meditation based on the theme of the session

  • Expert takeaway tools to incorporate calm and focus throughout your day
