Signature Mindfulness Workshops
Terri’s Signature Mindfulness Workshop programs feature methodology that utilizes breathing and meditation techniques to help you become more present, focused and calm. Designed to benefit employees and team leaders, this workshop ultimately creates shifts in the ability to manage stress, effectively face challenges, make better decisions under pressure and efficiently work as a team. The result? A happier, healthier, more productive team. We can custom tailor the program for specific corporate initiatives. No meditation experience necessary. Office or casual attire recommended.
During this 60/90 minute workshop, participants will be introduced to a variety of breathing, mindfulness and meditation techniques designed to offer support in more effectively managing the stress of daily tasks and challenges, ultimately creating more resilience, clarity, focus and abundance. Through a series of simple mindfulness practices, we provide techniques on how to be less reactive and more productive, as well as foster habits of positive action rather than cycles of exhaustive reaction. Also incorporated is self-reflection, small group/partner discussions and activities. The on-site weekly Guided Meditation Sessions reinforce the tools learned in the Signature Program for ongoing benefits.
