Right now, many of us are experiencing fear and anxiety, and probably feeling a bit isolated... But let's not forget that we are in this together! We must do our part to protect the safety of our community. The first step begins with each of us prioritizing our own safety and nurturing our physical and mental health.

There are psychological benefits to gathering, community and meditation. We must carry on with our practices – especially in times of need – and we cannot lose sight of being present individually.

To that end, I have created a number of remote yoga, meditation & mindfulness programs for you:

  • Live, yoga classes on Zoom; book directly here

  • Remote live guided meditation sessions for you or your corporate office

  • Recorded guided meditations (including a complimentary 10-minute guided meditation, below)

  • Private meditation sessions on Skype or Zoom

  • Custom programming to suit your needs and/or those of your organization
