Glimmers are small, everyday moments that spark joy and calm. Mindfulness practices are simple doorways into noticing them. 

Try one today and see what shifts for you

  1. Morning Pause – Before reaching for your phone, take three deep breaths and notice one thing in your space that brings you comfort or joy and feel it in your body.

  2. Savor the Senses – Choose one everyday moment — such a your first sip of coffee or tea - and fully tune in to the sensations and taste

  3. The Glimmer Gratitude Journal – Each evening, write down one glimmer you noticed that day. Over time, you’ll begin to spot them everywhere.

  4. Mini Gratitude Walk – Take a short walk (even five minutes), look for three things that make you smile — a flower, a color, or a friendly dog.

  5. Hand on Heart Reset – When life feels rushed, place one hand on your heart, one hand on your belly and pause for one supportive deep breath in and out.  Notice how you feel after the exhale.

  6. Music Moment – Play one song that lifts your mood and let yourself be fully immersed

  7. Micro-Connection – Share a connection with someone - a smile, or kind gesture with a friend, colleague, or even a stranger.
